These terms govern the use of kachangsia.com and the services provided by Kachang ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide custom automation and technology services, including but not limited to: Telegram/Discord bots, automation scripts, data extraction, content pipelines, e-commerce operations and self-hosted infrastructure. Each project is quoted individually — scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

• Work starts only after you accept a written quote.
• Payment terms are stated in the quote. Larger projects may require a deposit before work starts.
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, access and materials we need to deliver the project.
• Ensure you have the right to use any data, content or accounts you give us.
• Review and accept deliverables within a reasonable time so the project can finish.

4. Intellectual property

• Once a project is paid in full, you own the specific deliverables created for you (the code, scripts or content built for your project).
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, agent technology, frameworks and know-how used to build your project.
• You may not resell or redistribute our underlying technology as your own.

5. Revisions and support

Quotes include a stated number of revisions and a support period. Within the revision allowance we will correct issues in the delivered work at no charge. Additional changes, new features or support beyond the agreed period are quoted separately.

6. AI-assisted development

Our work is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. Every deliverable is tested before handover. You receive working, original results — we do not pass off unmodified third-party templates as custom work.

7. No guarantee of specific results

Automation reduces manual work and improves consistency, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, rankings or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

• Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss or issues caused by third-party platforms (for example messaging apps, marketplaces or hosting providers) outside our control.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project, unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or deliverables for illegal purposes, spam, fraud, harassment or infringement of others' rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
